
Charred Tomatillo Salsa
Smoky green salsa made from blistered tomatillos, serranos and onion with fresh cilantro.
Ingredients
- 1 lb tomatillos, husked
- 2 serrano peppers
- 1/2 white onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt
Instructions

Broil tomatillos, serranos, onion and garlic until blistered and blackened in spots.

Cool slightly.

Pulse with cilantro, lime and salt to a textured salsa.

Rest 10 minutes and adjust seasoning.
