
Philly Cheesesteak Tacos
Thin-seared beef, peppers, onions and melted provolone transform the sandwich classic into tacos.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb shaved beef
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 flour tortillas
- 8 slices provolone
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Sauté peppers and onion until tender and browned.

Sear beef quickly over high heat and season with Worcestershire.

Combine beef and vegetables, then melt provolone over the mixture.
