
Blackened Salmon Tacos with Slaw
Cajun-spiced salmon seared hard, flaked over a crunchy lime slaw.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp blackening seasoning
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 cups shredded cabbage and carrot
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- Corn tortillas, cilantro, avocado
Instructions

Coat the salmon heavily in blackening seasoning.

Sear skin-side down in hot oil 4 minutes, flip and cook 3 minutes more.

Whisk the mayo, lime juice and honey and toss with the cabbage and carrot.

Flake the salmon into large pieces.

Serve on warm tortillas with slaw, cilantro and avocado.
