
Blackened Cod Tacos with Lime Crema
Flaky cod with a bold blackened crust, crunchy slaw and cooling lime crema.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb cod fillets
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 2 tbsp oil
- Corn tortillas
- Cabbage slaw
- Lime crema
Instructions

Combine spices and coat the cod.

Sear in hot oil 3 to 4 minutes per side until flaky.

Break fish into large pieces.
