
Baja Shrimp Tacos with Slaw
Crispy fried shrimp with tangy lime cabbage slaw.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb shrimp, peeled
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cold beer
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Oil for frying
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Corn tortillas
Instructions

Whisk the flour, baking powder, salt and beer into a batter.

Toss cabbage with mayo, lime juice and vinegar.

Heat oil to 375F.

Batter and fry the shrimp 2 to 3 minutes until golden.

Serve on warm tortillas topped with slaw.
