
Chile de Árbol Salsa
A fiery taqueria salsa with toasted árbol chiles, tomato and garlic.
Ingredients
- 20 dried chiles de árbol
- 3 Roma tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 white onion
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt
Instructions

Toast chiles briefly until fragrant; do not burn.

Char tomatoes, garlic and onion in a skillet.

Blend with toasted chiles, vinegar and salt until smooth.
