
Whole30 Taco Lettuce Wraps
Compliant tacos with no dairy, grains or sugar — and none of the flavor compromise.
Ingredients
- 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup compliant salsa
- 12 butter lettuce leaves
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Cilantro and lime
Instructions

Brown the beef in a hot skillet, breaking it into small crumbles.

Add all the spices and toast 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in salsa and simmer 5 minutes until the mixture is thick, not watery.

Separate and rinse lettuce leaves, then pat completely dry.

Spoon the beef into the leaves and top with avocado and red onion.
