
Keto Taco Shells
Crisp baked cheese shells with under 2g of carbs — the best low-carb taco vessel there is.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Parchment paper
- Wooden spoon handles for shaping
Instructions

Heat the oven to 375F and line a sheet pan with parchment.

Make 4-inch rounds of shredded cheese, spaced well apart, and dust with chili powder and cumin.

Bake 6-8 minutes until bubbling and just golden at the edges.

Cool 1 minute so the rounds firm up slightly.

Drape each round over a wooden spoon handle or an upturned muffin tin to form a shell.

Cool completely until crisp, then fill and serve right away.
