
Low-Carb Taco Bowls
Everything you love about a taco, piled in a bowl over greens instead of a shell.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 4 cups chopped romaine
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeno
- Lime wedges
Instructions

Brown the beef over medium-high heat and drain the fat.

Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water; simmer until thick.

Divide romaine between four bowls.

Top with the hot beef so the greens wilt slightly.

Add tomato, avocado, cheese, sour cream and jalapeno.

Squeeze lime over everything and eat immediately.
