
Sushi-Grade Tuna Tacos with Wonton Shells
Sesame-marinated tuna, avocado and spicy mayo nestled in crisp golden wonton taco shells.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 avocado, diced
- Spicy mayonnaise
- Scallions and sesame seeds
Instructions

Fold wonton wrappers into taco shapes and fry or bake until crisp.
