
Ahi Tuna Tacos
Poke-style ahi tuna with sesame, avocado and scallions in lightly crisped tortillas.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 avocado, diced
- Scallions and sesame seeds
Instructions

Whisk soy, sesame oil, lime and ginger.

Fold in tuna and chill for 10 minutes.

Lightly crisp the tortillas in a dry skillet.

Fill with tuna and avocado, then garnish with scallions and sesame.
