Market-style tacos loaded with rice, chicharrón, avocado, cheese and lively salsa.
Ingredients
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups Mexican red rice
- 6 oz chicharrón
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 cup crumbled queso fresco
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- Pickled jalapeños
- Lime wedges
Instructions

Warm the tortillas until pliable.

Spoon a layer of hot red rice onto each tortilla.

Add chicharrón, avocado and queso fresco.

Finish with pico, jalapeños and lime and serve immediately.
