
Tacos de Nopales
Tender grilled cactus paddles with charred onion, tomato and queso fresco in warm corn tortillas.
Ingredients
- 4 cleaned nopales paddles
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup queso fresco
- Cilantro and lime
Instructions

Brush nopales, onion and tomato with oil and season.

Grill over medium-high heat until charred and tender.

Slice the nopales and toss with vegetables and oregano.

Pile into tortillas and finish with queso fresco, cilantro and lime.
