
Taco-Stuffed Avocados
Creamy avocado halves filled with warmly spiced beef, pico de gallo and cheese.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Cilantro
- Lime wedges
Instructions

Brown beef and stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water.

Halve and pit the avocados, scooping out a little extra flesh.

Fill each half with hot taco meat.

Top with pico, cheese and cilantro and serve with lime.
