
Taco Stuffed Peppers
Colorful bell peppers baked with seasoned beef, rice, beans and bubbling cheese.
Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers, halved
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- Cilantro
Instructions

Brown beef and stir in rice, beans and salsa.

Arrange pepper halves in a baking dish.

Fill with beef mixture and top with cheese.

Cover and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes, then uncover and brown for 10 minutes.
