
Taco Soup
A hearty one-pot tomato soup with seasoned beef, beans, corn and all the best taco toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup corn
- 3 cups beef stock
- Avocado, cheese and tortilla strips
Instructions

Brown beef and onion in a soup pot; drain excess fat.

Stir in taco seasoning, tomatoes, beans, corn and stock.

Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.

Ladle into bowls and add avocado, cheese and tortilla strips.
