
Refried Bean and Queso Fresco Tacos
Creamy refried beans, crumbly queso fresco and sharp pickled onions make a fast comforting taco.
Ingredients
- 2 cups refried beans
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 cup queso fresco
- 1/2 cup pickled red onions
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Salsa verde
- Cilantro
Instructions

Warm beans with stock until creamy.
