
Margaritas: Classic, Spicy and Fruit
One adaptable margarita base with classic lime, jalapeño-spicy and fresh fruit variations.
Ingredients
- 6 oz blanco tequila
- 3 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz orange liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz agave syrup
- Ice
- Salt or chile salt
- Jalapeño slices for spicy variation
- 1/2 cup berries or mango for fruit variation
Instructions

Shake tequila, lime, orange liqueur and agave with ice for the classic version.

For spicy margaritas, muddle jalapeño in the shaker first.

For fruit margaritas, blend or muddle fruit with the base.

Strain into ice-filled rimmed glasses and garnish.
