
Agua de Pepino
A cooling cucumber-lime agua fresca that is light, crisp and made for spicy food.
Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup sugar or agave
- 5 cups cold water
- Pinch of salt
- Ice
- Mint and cucumber slices
Instructions

Blend cucumbers with 2 cups water until smooth.

Strain into a pitcher.

Stir in remaining water, lime, sweetener and salt.

Chill thoroughly and serve over ice with mint and cucumber.
