
Paloma
A crisp tequila highball with fresh grapefruit, lime and sparkling water.
Ingredients
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz agave syrup
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Ice
- Salt and grapefruit wedge
Instructions

Optional: rim a tall glass with salt.

Add tequila, grapefruit, lime and agave to the ice-filled glass.

Stir until chilled.

Top with sparkling water and garnish with grapefruit.
