
Jamaican Jerk Chicken Tacos
Fiery jerk chicken balanced by juicy pineapple salsa and crunchy purple cabbage.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
- 1 cup pineapple salsa
- Cilantro
- Lime wedges
Instructions

Coat chicken with jerk seasoning and lime; marinate 30 minutes.
