
Grilled Octopus Tacos
Tender octopus with smoky char, creamy avocado salsa and crisp radish.
Ingredients
- 2 lb cleaned octopus
- 1 onion, halved
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Corn tortillas
- Avocado salsa
- Radishes and cilantro
Instructions

Simmer octopus with onion and bay until tender, 45 to 60 minutes.

Drain, cut into pieces and toss with oil and paprika.

Grill over high heat until charred at the edges.

Serve in tortillas with avocado salsa, radish and cilantro.
