
Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa
Grilled white fish brightened with a sweet-hot mango salsa.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb white fish fillets
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Corn tortillas
Instructions

Combine mango, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice and salt for the salsa. Chill.

Rub the fish with oil, chili powder and salt.

Grill or pan-sear 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Flake into pieces.

Serve on warm tortillas topped generously with mango salsa.
