
Grilled Mahi-Mahi Fish Tacos
Lighter than fried — chile-rubbed mahi-mahi or tilapia grilled and flaked.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb mahi-mahi or tilapia fillets
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Lime juice
- Shredded cabbage
- Corn tortillas
- Cilantro crema
Instructions

Rub the fish with oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and salt.

Grill over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Squeeze lime over and flake into large pieces.

Warm the tortillas.

Top with cabbage and cilantro crema.
