Silky homemade Mexican crema with gentle tang, perfect for drizzling over spicy tacos.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cultured buttermilk
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Stir cream and buttermilk together in a clean jar.

Cover loosely and leave at room temperature 12 to 18 hours until thickened.
