Saucy salsa-verde chilaquiles tucked into tortillas with egg, crema and queso.
Ingredients
- 4 cups thick tortilla chips
- 2 cups salsa verde
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 4 fried eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup crema
- 1/2 cup queso fresco
- Onion and cilantro
