
Bacon, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Tacos
The Texas morning staple — crisp bacon, soft eggs and melty cheese in flour tortillas.
Ingredients
- 8 strips bacon
- 8 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- Salt and pepper
- Flour tortillas
- Salsa roja or hot sauce
Instructions

Cook the bacon until crisp, then drain and chop.
