
Air Fryer Taquitos
Shatteringly crisp rolled tacos with almost no oil — the fastest party snack in the book.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken or beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 12 corn tortillas
- Cooking spray
- Guacamole and crema to serve
Instructions

Mix the meat with cheese, salsa and cumin.

Warm tortillas until pliable so they roll without cracking.

Spoon filling along one edge and roll tightly; secure with a toothpick if needed.

Spray taquitos all over with oil and arrange seam-side down in the air fryer.

Air fry at 400F for 8-10 minutes until deep golden and crisp.

Serve hot with guacamole and crema.
