
Air Fryer Fish Tacos
Crispy, golden fish tacos with a panko crust — all the crunch of the deep fryer with a fraction of the oil.
Ingredients
- 1 lb cod or mahi-mahi, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Cooking spray
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup lime crema
- Lime wedges
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400F.

Pat fish dry and season with salt and pepper.

Set up three bowls: flour, beaten egg, and panko mixed with chili powder and garlic powder.

Dredge each strip in flour, then egg, then panko, pressing to coat.

Spray the basket and the fish generously with oil.

Air fry 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until deep golden and cooked through.
