
Tacos de Camarón Enchilado
Juicy shrimp coated in a bright guajillo marinade with crunchy cabbage and lime.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb peeled shrimp
- 3 guajillo chiles
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Corn tortillas
- Shredded cabbage
- Cilantro and lime crema
Instructions

Toast and soak chiles, then blend with garlic, lime, vinegar and cumin.

Marinate shrimp for 20 minutes.

Sear shrimp in a hot skillet until opaque and lightly charred.

Serve in tortillas with cabbage, cilantro and lime crema.
