
Fried Ice Cream Tacos
Crunchy cinnamon shells cradle vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and toasted cornflake crumbs.
Ingredients
- 8 flour tortillas
- Oil for frying
- 1/3 cup cinnamon sugar
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup crushed toasted cornflakes
- Chocolate sauce
- Cherries
Instructions

Fold tortillas with tongs and fry until crisp taco shapes form.

Drain and toss in cinnamon sugar.

Coat firm scoops of ice cream in cornflake crumbs.

Place scoops in cooled shells and drizzle with chocolate sauce; add cherries.
