
Cinnamon Sugar Dessert Tacos with Fruit
Crisp cinnamon-sugar taco shells filled with vanilla cream and a rainbow of fresh fruit.
Ingredients
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup whipped vanilla cream
- 2 cups mixed berries and mango
- Mint leaves
Instructions

Brush tortillas with butter and coat with cinnamon sugar.

Drape over oven rack bars and bake at 375°F until crisp.

Cool completely.

Fill with vanilla cream and fruit, then garnish with mint.
