
Copycat Crunchwrap Supreme
The grilled, folded, layered classic — seasoned beef, nacho cheese and a tostada for crunch, made at home.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 tostada shells
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- Oil for the griddle
Instructions

Brown the beef, drain, and stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water.

Lay a flour tortilla flat and spread beef in the center.

Top with nacho cheese, then a tostada shell.

Spread sour cream on the tostada, then add lettuce, tomato and cheddar.

Fold the tortilla edges up over the center in pleats to form a hexagon.

Griddle seam-side down in a lightly oiled skillet 2-3 minutes per side until golden and sealed.
